Assam Police Recruitment 2022:

Assam Police has recently declared a notification for the recruitment of Constable (Messenger, Carpenter, UB, Dispatch Rider) in APRO, Asstt Squad Commander & Driver (Operator) in Fire & Emergency Services. Eligibility Criteria for Assam Police Constable, Asstt SC & Driver 2022:

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have passed 10+2, HSSLC/ XII Class/ HSLC/ ITI (Relevant Trade), Valid Driving License from a recognized Board or Council. For more details about the Educational Qualification candidates can visit the official website & notification.

Age Limit:

For this post, The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 25 years and the relaxation in the age limit will be relaxable to SC / ST / OBC candidates as per the government rules. Selection Process:

Candidates whose applications are found correct in all respect will have to undergo the Physical Standards Tests (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET). If any candidate is found to have any physical deformity as may be detected by the Medical Officer present in the DLSC, he/ she will be debarred from participating in the other tests.

Height (Minimum) –
General/ OBC/ MOBC/ SC – Male & Transgender-162.56 cm, Female-154.94 cm
ST(H)/ST(P) – Male & Transgender-160.2 cm, Female-152.40 cm

Chest (Only for Male & Transgender) –
For Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC /ST(P) etc – Normal-80 Cm, Expanded-85 Cm
For ST(H) – Normal-78 Cm, Expanded-83 Cm

Salary Details:

Candidates will be paid Rs. 14,000/- to 60,500/-
